The Mogotex OJSC is the biggest textile manufacturer in the Republic of Belarus, an acknowledged leader in the market of the Russian Federation, CIS and foreign countries. Its history started in 1973.

The total area occupied by the enterprise is 49.7 thousand square meters. The Mogotex OJSC includes three factories –weaving, finishing and clothes.

At present 3,500 employees are working at the enterprise. It manufactures 51 million square meters of fabrics to the amount of 60 million USD.

A wide rage and high quality of the manufactured production are the main competitive advantages of the enterprise. The A product mix is over 120 kinds of fabrics and more than 600 clothing models.

At present the Mogotex OJSC produces:

·  clothing fabrics: special wear and uniforms, raincoat and lining fabrics, knitted cloths;

·  fabrics for interior: jacquard, sateen, veiling, table linen fabrics, upholstery and  curtain fabrics, linen-containing and decorative knitted fabrics;

·  industrial textile;

·  garments: special wear and uniforms, curtain sets for sitting-rooms, bedrooms and kitchens, table and bed linen sets.

The priority direction of the Mogotex OJSC activity is production of fabrics for special wear and uniforms, which makes 75 per cent of the total production volume. At present it is a wide range of fabrics of various designs, style and protective properties. These fabrics are used for

·     special wear for oil and gas sector personnel, special departments and armed forces personnel, atomic industry workers, service and food industry workers, medical staff and employees of various sectors of national economy;

·    sportswear, tourism and leisurewear.

Requirements to comfort in wear and ease of care of special wear and its functionality are constantly growing; technologies of giving consumer and protective properties to fabrics are improving and are successfully applied at the enterprise: crease resistant, softening and antishrinking finishing; petroleum-water and soil-repellent. Fabrics are also given blood-repellent, windproof and acid-protective special properties.

More and more importance is currently attached to textile with high protective properties. The assortment of the Mogotex OJSC includes anti-electrostatic, fire protective, water repellent, water resistant and signal fabrics.

A quality management system, which meets the requirements of the ISO 9001-2000 international standard, is applied at the Mogotex OJSC. It is confirmed by the State Standard Certificate of the Republic of Belarus and the TUV CERT Certificate (Germany).

 All the production of the Mogotex OJSC complies with the current technological regulations. It is approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, with State Hygienic Registration Certificates granted.

The Mogotex OJSC permanent customers are the Ministries of Internal Affairs, the Ministries for Civil Defense, Emergency Management and Natural Disasters Response, the Ministries of Defense of the Republic of Belarus,  the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Baltic countries, Mongolia as well as such big enterprises as Gazprom, Beltransgaz, KazMunaiGaz and other companies of oil and gas complex. The Mogotex OJSC production is exported to Poland, Serbia, Montenegro, Germany, Finland and other European countries as well as to Mongolia.

At present the interests of the enterprise are represented by the Mogotex representative offices in the biggest cities of Russia, Ukraine and Baltic countries. Their founder is the Mogotex OJSC, a majority shareholder.

The enterprise is a regular participant of specialized exhibitions and fairs in Germany and Poland, Moscow and Saint-Petersburg, Vilnius and Kiev.
