The enterprise is equipped with modern high-performance equipment, preparatory and textile machinery, knitting machines and finishing equipment of such companies as Textima, Benninger, Karl-Mayer, Sucker+Muller, Picanol, Wakayama, Kleinewefers, Meccano-Tessile, Siruba, Bossman, Juki and others. It makes it possible to manufacture a wide range of fabrics and knitted cloths of various interweaving, including jacquard, with use of various kinds of raw materials, with width of 150-300 cm and various kinds of finishing.

In 2006 the reequipment of the weaving factory was carried out: new pneumatic looms of the world-famous Picanol Company, the OMNIplus800 trade mark, were installed and put into operation. Fabrics of various design with the increased coefficient of charge, using different kinds of fiber and yarn, with the textile cloth yield from 30 up to 400 g/m2 and of different purpose - from fabrics for special wear and uniforms to fabrics for interior, up to 300 cm wide.

The manufacturing base allows using such raw materials as polyester and viscose fibers, cotton, poly-cotton, poly-viscose, viscose, poly, poly-viscose-flax yarns. Mixed yarns have different percentage of natural and man-made fiber.

Such kinds of finishing as antistatic, wear resistant, wind protective, water repellent, crush resistant, water/oil repellent, earth oil/oil/water repellent, soil repellent, blood repellent, wind protective, fire protective, acid protective, acid protective concerning acidity of 20-%,50-% 80-%, resistant to frequent laundering, deposition of various kinds of coating and films (acrylate, microcellular, polyurethane). Sanforization equipment has also been launched at the enterprise. It is used for finishing to provide shrinking of fabrics with a high content of cotton up to 1 per cent.

Modernization of the Meccano-Tessile printing machine has been carried out and a new MHM ten-aisle module (Austria) has been installed. It allows broadening the assortment of printed patterns in terms of colour-grade, tinctures and artistic effects as well as lowering the price of the printing process by means of energy and dyestuff saving.

Cotton and viscose yarn dyeing with direct and reactive dyes for weaving and knitwear manufacture was put into operation in 2006. The OBEM (Italy) machine capacity makes it possible to dye 50 – 70 tons of yarn per month. Technology adherence, the use of high-quality carded and combed, ring spun and open-end spinning yarns of Belarusian, Russian and Ukrainian manufacturers result in a high-quality production.

To reduce costs of the goods manufactured and to provide a partial satisfaction of electric power requirements, a co-generation plant with a capacity of 2.5 MVt and heat power of 60 Gcal has been put into operation.
