Wear fabrics

Those working outdoors, in the unfavorable weather conditions, need not only protection from harmful factors but also additional protection. The best solution for the protection against unfavorable weather conditions (rain, snow, wind) are fabrics with film coating.

   * Fabrics with air-tight acrylate (ПлА) and polyurethane (ПлПУ) coating possess high water-resisting properties and good wind-protective properties. Fabrics are used for special munitions (rucksacks, sleeping-bags, webbed gear), raincoats.

  * Fabrics with “permeable to air” microcellular polyurethane coating (ПлПУМ) possess high water-resisting properties and good wind-protective properties.  They are recommended for manufacture of clothes for those engaged into physical activity, working in the rain and strong wind. Vapour permeability – 6.0-10.0 mg/sm² h.

  * Membrane laminated fabrics (ПлЛАМ) and stockinet membrane laminated fabrics (Пл3ЛАМ - surface fabric, membrane and lining are pasted together; the lining protects the membrane against mechanical damage and does not impede the moisture abstraction from the skin). Their water-resisting property is over 5,000 mm water column. The fabrics are recommended for manufacture of uniform and special wear, clothes for outdoor activity and sports as they provide a long lasting protection against water, with the optimal microclimate, complete watertightness for a 24- hour stay in the rain. Vapour permeability – 8.0-12.0 mg/sm² h.

 - Film coatings may be applied over any textile basis.

- Film coatings may be dyed any colour on the consumer's request.

- Excellent wind protection – the «0 » air permeability on fabrics

- Easy-care properties. Resistant to frequent washing, with service instructions observed.
